Damages and issues
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within three (3) days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Installed, customized, or rewired lighting is not eligible for return.

If your return is accepted, you are required to properly pack any item to prevent damage from occurring while the product is on its way back to us.
We accept returns of lighting, subject to a 35% restocking fee. Lighting must be returned in original packaging and packed as shipped; otherwise, returns will not be accepted. Lighting that has been installed, customized, or rewired is not eligible for return.
You will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. A traceable return shipping method is required (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Returns must be received in original condition and the original packaging within 30 days.
Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Furniture, Made-to-order, custom orders, or personalized items, and all sale items are not eligible for refunds and cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
